How quickly can you turn around a rush job?

Standard production is 5-7 business days. Rush jobs (48-72 hours) are routine for us — banquet signage, replacement menus, last-minute event collateral. For true emergencies, we have weekend production capacity. Tell us your event date and we'll work backward from there.

Can you match our exact brand colors?

Yes. We work with PMS color specifications, brand guidelines, and prior reference samples to ensure your menus, signage, and packaging match across every run. We can also match against hex codes, CMYK builds, or physical swatches you provide.

Do you handle delivery, or do we pick up?

Both. We offer local pickup at our Irvine facility and scheduled delivery throughout Southern California — including coordinated drop-offs for events, banquets, and conferences. Tell us your delivery requirements and we'll plan the logistics.

What types of key card systems do you support?

All major hotel key card systems — Salto, Onity, Assa Abloy, Vingcard, dormakaba, and others. We produce both the cards themselves (where compatible) and branded sleeves that work across systems. Send us a sample and we'll match it.

Can you store our specs for future reorders?

Yes. We maintain detailed records of your stocks, colors, finishes, and quantities. When you reorder, we pull from those specs — same paper, same color match, same finish. Faster every time.

Do you offer design services?

We provide layout and prepress production support. For full creative design, most of our clients work with their internal brand teams or external designers, then send us press-ready files. We'll proof, prep, and flag any technical issues before press.

What's the minimum order quantity?

We work with hospitality clients of all scales — from boutique hotels ordering 500 menus to resort groups producing across multiple properties. Tell us what you need; we'll quote accordingly.

Do you work with hotels outside Southern California?

Yes. Our local production is based in Southern California, but as part of the Minuteman Press network, we coordinate with sister shops nationally for clients with multi-property needs. The relationship stays with us; the logistics expand to fit.
